SAVEHRA
You can return an unused SAVEHRA pillowcase within 7 days of delivery. It must be unwashed, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email savehra.india@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on why. We will reply within 2 working days with the next steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.
Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund the amount you paid for the item to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking, processed by Razorpay). Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 7 business days; your bank may take a little longer to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is because the item was damaged or wrong.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email savehra.india@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Items that have been used or washed, items returned after 7 days, and items that are not in their original packaging.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you would like a different colour or pack, please return your item and place a new order.
